The kernels are set in a rich variety of stones including Red, Orange, and Purple Spiny Oyster shell, Sodalite, Serpentine, Red Jasper, Black Onyx, Turquoise, and White, Gold, and Black Mother of Pearl — each one hand-placed to create a vibrant, jewel-like surface that catches the light from every angle. The corn husk at the base is carved from rich Turquoise, its natural blue-green tones providing a beautiful, grounding contrast to the kaleidoscope of color above.
